Please refer to the document Considering the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic in the evaluation of funding applications for further information. This program refers to the FRQ s Common General Rules (CGR) , which govern all Fonds de recherche du Québec — Nature et technologies (FRQNT) programming. This document provides rules specifically applicable to the Visage Municipal program (MUN), which take precedence over the CGR . For the purposes of MUN, the term municipality refers to any municipality, regional county municipality (RCM) or city included in the following directory: https://www.mamh.gouv.qc.ca/repertoire-des-municipalites/ .
