Employer incentive program (GradWorks) GradWorks - Information for employers Employers receive salary support by hiring skilled NSCC graduates as part of GradWorks, our employer incentive program. Participating in GradWorks offers benefits to both employers and NSCC grads . GradWorks matches small-to-medium sized businesses across Nova Scotia with NSCC graduates from the following programs: Human Resource Management (Graduate Certificate) Industrial Engineering Management Technology (Diploma) Occupational Health and Safety (Certificate) Programs with advanced manufacturing training (special approvals needed) Advanced manufacturing is the development and adoption of innovative technologies to create new products, enhance processes, and establish more efficient and cost-effective ways of working. All parts of the value chain are considered – from research and design, to production, and distribution – enabling new value-added models and optimizing production (Government of Canada, 2022).
