Workplace Education | novascotia.ca Labour, Skills and Immigration Workplace Education Workplace Education Workplace Education Initiative (WEI) (PDF) offers flexible, fully funded and customized training developed in partnership with local businesses and organizations to build the skills teams need to adapt, grow and succeed. Programs are offered online or in person and are designed around real workplace challenges and goals. Each program typically runs 30 - 40 hours and is delivered on a flexible schedule that works for your team. With 10 - 12 participants per program, sessions are highly interactive and focused on meaningful engagement and skill transfer.
